This is a handsome antique silver plated flower basket by WMF. Their makers mark is stamped to the side. This retains its original clear glass liner. The basket stands on a horizontally pierced circular base. The body is pierced and embossed with garlands of flowers and swags around a vacant cartouche. The top flares out. Swing handle. This is sold in original plate with little wear. c.1890 German made.
