A handsome oval antique silver plated great cake or fruit basket. Standing on an oval pedestal base that is bead mounted. Bead mounted to the oval dish also. Swing handle that is elaborately decorated. Crisply engraved to the middle with bands of flowers swirls and fronds. c.1880 British made with a makers mark stamped underneath. This has been resilvered.
