This is an antique silver plated biscuit box. Oval in shape and retains its original frosted glass liner. This box stands on four elaborate pierced feet. The oval tray is bead mounted with decorative ends of scrolls. The main body is pierced. Hinged lid that is engraved with scrolls and leaves. Plain oval finial. This has been resilvered. c.1880 British made.
