An antique silver plated and cut glass oval biscuit box, the oval body is profusely cut with diamond shapes with crosses in the middle. Rectangular handles. Slightly domed hinged lid. Bearing an initial that is indecipherable. c.1890 British made with a makers mark for John Grinsell & Sons stamped to the rear rim. Slight wear to the plate on lid.
