This is an antique silver plated sandwich box. This box has a double hinge so it opens completely flat. Rectangular loop at the back for pulling. Simple plain design. Used as a snack during a hunt. c.1880 British made with a makers mark for James Dixon & Sons stamped on the inside. This has been resilvered.
