A smart antique silver plated pedestal comport. Embossed to the base with scrolls and flowers. The top flares into a wide bowl and is decorated with alternate piercing with embossed flowers and shells. This has been replated. c.1880 British made with a makers mark for Mark Willis stamped underneath.
