This is a usual antique silver plated cake stand. This has two tiers that hold its original round dishes. The dishes have raised sides with a pierced band around the top. The stand sits on four bun feet. The handle is hinged so it drops right down to enable easy access. This has been replated. c.1920 British made with a makers mark for Thomas Wilkinson stamped to the side.
