A very handsome large antique silver plated candelabra centerpiece. Elaborately embossed throughout with leaves scrolls acanthus leaves. Standing on four bold curled up feet with shells. This can hold 6 candles. Each sconce is removable. The arms also removable and are numbered and slot into their respective hole on the top of the base. The central candlestick screws into the middle to hold the arms in place. Crested to the front with a bird like figure holding a worm in its beak. c.1870 British made. Sold in original plate with minimal wear.
