This is a fabulous quality large antique silver plated jardiniere or table centrepiece. Standing on four ornately decorated triangular shaped feet. The oval silver plated body is mounted with roundels and swags. The sides are pierced and embossed with shells and scrolls. To the ends are realistically modelled faces of lions with rings as handles. This retains its original removable blue glass liner. This has been resilvered. c.1880 British made.
