An antique silver plated and glass cocktail shaker. The plain cylindrical glass is mounted with a silver plated band. The glass is etched with a full body of a cockerel. Detaches into three pieces. The beaker, inner strainer and measuring cap lid. Sold in original plate with virtually no sign of use. c.1920 British made with a makers mark for James Dixon & Sons stamped inside the lid.
