This is an antique silver plated and glass cocktail shaker by James Dixon & Sons. Their makers mark is stamped inside the lid. This is larger than usual as it measures 24cm (9.5") tall. The plain glass body has an etching of a cockerel to the front. This dismantles into three. The glass body with a silver plated mount, the middle strainer and lid. This has been resilvered.
