This is a vintage jigger or drinks measure of golfing interest. One side is stamped with 1 OZ and the other 1 1/2 OZ. The middle is a plastic golf ball. The top and bottom jiggers unscrew to remove the golf ball for ease of cleaning. c1960 British made. This is sold in original plate with little wear.
