Antique Silver Plated Egg Boiler or Coddler with Griffin Heads

An antique silver plated egg boiler or coddler. Standing on three oval pad feet rising to heads of griffins. The egg shaped boiler has its original egg holder insert and burner. A winged bird over a nest is the finial. c.1880 British made with a makers mark for Richard Richardson stamped underneath. This has been resilvered.
