Here is an antique silver plated soup tureen in the Adams style. Oval pedestal base with a reed mount. The boat shaped tureen is also reed mounted with large looped side handles. The oval lid has a cut out space for a ladle. This has a matching boat shaped finial. c.1880 British made with a makers mark for William Hutton & Sons of Sheffield stamped underneath. This is sold on original plate with virtually no wear.
