This is an antique silver plated pen or makeup brush holder. Modelled as a miniature wine sleeve. Gadroon mounted to the base and upper rim. A handle is fixed on either side. Plain cylindrical body. This has been replated. c1910 British made with a makers mark for Atkin Brothers stamped underneath.
