A smart antique silver plated Monteith bowl. Standing on a pedestal base with two wide looped handles. The upper part is stylishly pierced. Shaped top. Can hold two bottles of wine or used as a wine glass chiller. Perfect as a centrepiece for fruit. c.1920 British made with a makers stamp underneath. This is sold in original plate with virtually no wear.
