Graduating Pair of Octagonal Antique Silver Plated Salvers
These are a graduating pair of antique silver plated salvers. Octagonal in shape with decorative mounts. The raised edge is embossed in the corners with flowers and apples with leaves. The base of the trays are crisply engraved in a geometric way in and around an octagonal design with scrolls around a vacant cartouche. Each stands on three ornate triangular feet. These have been resilvered. c.1880 British made with a makers mark for Fenton Brothers stamped on the smaller one and a diamond kite registration mark on the larger.
