A large Victorian antique silver plated lidded flagon or tankard elaborately engraved above and below a fluted decoration. The spout is formed as a head of Bacchus above a vacant cartouche. Stamped with a makers mark for Martin Hall & Co underneath. c.1870 British made.
Height: 23 cm (9")
This has been registered with Government UK as made before 3rd March 1947 with less than 10% ivory. Exemption certificate submission reference SQ1Q29G6.
