This is a charming Victorian antique silver plated and wood tankard. Having a top and bottom silver plated band with a side handle. The main body is oak. This mug will hold one pint. The central shield is inscribed for an award for marigolds and turnips, dated 1887. British made with a makers mark stamped to the side.
