Antique Silver Plated Teapot by Cooper Brothers of Sheffield
An antique silver plated teapot by Cooper Brothers of Sheffield. Their makers mark is stamped underneath. The teapot is crisply engraved with leafy scrolls with a central stem of leaves to a large flower. This has been resilvered. c.1880 British made.
This has been registered with Government U.K. as made before 3 March 1947 with less than 10% ivory. The teapot has small ivory insulators on the handle and an ivory finial. Exemption certificate submission reference: ST6RWPMS
