Elkington & Company Antique Silver Plated Teapot

An antique silver plated teapot. c.1880 British made with a makers mark for Elkington & Company stamped underneath. Round in shape and standing on a round pedestal base. Curved handle and spout. Pumpkin finial. The body is finely engraved with scrolls. This has been replated. Capacity approximately 4 cups.

This has been registered with Government U.K. as made before 3 March 1947 with less than 10% ivory. The teapot has small ivory insulators on the handle. Exemption certificate submission reference: P3L6S54T
