An attractive antique silver plated 4 piece tea and coffee set. Comprising a teapot, coffee pot, cream jug and sugar bowl. Made by Elkington & Company c.1880. Their makers mark is stamped underneath. Each piece stands on four curved paw feet below a man’s head. Embossed with scrolls leaves and flowers. The teapot and coffee pot adorns bold flower finials and have a birds head spouts. This has been resilvered.
