Antique Large Silver Plated Kettle with Panelled Sides on Stand
housed within a wirework frame. Standing on three decorative feet with cast scrolls inbetween. Circular pierced top and having two chains and pins attached to retain the teapot. The teapot has panelled sides that is engraved around with flowers leaves and scrolls. Pumpkin finial. Shaped decorative handle. Sold in original plate with minimal wear. c.1880 British made with a figural hand mark for William Padley stamped underneath.
This has been registered with Government U.K. as made before 3 March 1947 with less than 10% ivory. Small ivory insulators. Exemption certificate submission reference: 6BB5AAGV.
