A smart antique silver plated gallery tray around a porcelain base. Standing on four ball feet. Two simple looped handles. The raised silver plated gallery is pierced with overlapping ovals. The porcelain tray is decorated with swags of leaves with red roses. Above the swags is ribbons & bows. c.1900 possibly German made. This has been resilvered.
