An Old Sheffield Plate antique tray. Originally used as a tray to place a wick trimmer on. c.1830 British made. This has been resilvered. Rectangular in shape. Gadroon mounted to the long edge with bold swirls at the narrow end. This tray is heavily embossed with flowers and leaves around a vacant cartouche.
