An antique silver plated bread fruit or flower basket. Standing on a pedestal base that is bead mounted as is the top rim and around the swing handle. This round basket is embossed and engraved with flowers to the edge. The center has a pear shaped engraving with embossed shells to the top with flowers and leaves within. The middle has a wavy circle that is vacant of initials or inscription. c.1880 British made with a makers mark stamped underneath.
