Rectangular Antique Silver Plated Cheese Server Dish

This is an antique silver plated cheese server dish. The rectangular base tray is gadroon mounted and retains its original glass insert which has a star cut design in the middle. The wedge shaped lid has an ornate top handle. This is sold in original plate with virtually no wear. c.1880 British made with a makers mark for Boardman Glossop & Co of Sheffield stamped underneath.
