This is an antique silver plated plant pot holder. For holding herbs etc on a windowsill. Standing on four reeded legs either paw feet. It is mounted with reeds and scrolls. The body is pierced with horizontal lines and embossed with swags of flowers and leaves with bows. c1900 British made. This has been replated.
