An unusual antique silver plated and cow horn dinner bell. Standing on a shaped oak rectangular base. The head of a silver plated dolphin supports a cow horn body and top mounted with silver plated fin where the large bell dangles. The striker loops over the fin. This has been resilvered. The bell has a later crest of the Rotary Club.
