Antique Silver Plated Teapot on Stand with Patented Burner
An antique silver plated teapot on stand. The stand sits on four pad feet with bead mounted curved sides. Finely engraved skirt with leaves. Retains its original patented burner. The teapot has a fixed handle and is crisply engraved throughout. There is a family crest engraved with the cartouche. This has been replated. c.1880 British made with a makers mark Thomas Latham & Ernest Morton of Birmingham stamped underneath.
