This is an antique silver plated butter dish. Standing on four curved feet with swags in between. Bead mounted to the top. Rollover lid that is engraved around the edge. At the front are two hooks that can house a butter knife. This retains its original white glass liner. This is sold in original plate with little wear. c1880 British made.
