Antique Silver Plated Oval Butter Dish with Roll Over Lid
An antique silver plated butter dish. From the Victorian era c.1880 British made with a makers mark stamped underneath. This butter dish is oval in shape and stands on four hoof feet with roundels above. The dome shaped lid rolls over to reveal its original pierced liner. Two screw ends. The lid is crisply engraved with scrolls around a vacant cartouche. This has been replated.
